Why I’m Still Praying for President Trump
Yesterday I received this short personal Prophetic Message from a prophet:
“Hi Angus.
I felt like The LORD led me to 1 Timothy 2:3 and said it was for you.
He wouldn’t tell me what it’s about but that you would know.
The verse says, “This is good and pleases God our savior…”
Does that make sense for you?”
As I pondered the above scripture I could see nothing around me that specifically fitted those Words and so decided to lay if aside and pick it up again later.
However, before I could even close the email, I felt The Spirit leading me to Proverbs 25:2 which says,
“It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, but the glory of kings is to search out a matter.”
So I immediately opened the Bible and started to read on from 1 Timothy 2:1. There I read,
“1Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, 2 for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth,” 1 Timothy 2:1-4.
As soon as I read 1 Timothy 2:2, I understood fully and clearly the prophetic message from The LORD.
To me, it simply means I must keep praying and interceding for President Donald J. Trump… daily.
That also includes his family and administration.
Actually, I have been doing that nightly on my prayer-walk for several months.
Yesterday, The LORD told me to renew my efforts in it.

I agree with you Angus. We are called to pray for President Trump and our other real leaders in government so that we can lead peaceful lives.
Hi Thomas,
Yes agreed. Obedience with The Word is what we are called to.
Blessings,
Angus
Amen! I continue to pray for president Trump, Vice President Pence, their families, cabinet members, administration and advisors. All for the hono, glory and praise for our Father God in the name of Jesus.
I so agree. I will continue to pray for him until the Lord says to stop. Though all human logic seems to say it is hopeless, the message was clear to lift him up and pray for him to win.
I questioned it yesterday and felt that this was just another phase of the digging-in in prayer for American.
God’s love is pounding like waves on its shores. ‘Come to me.Return to me!’ and for whatever reason his eyes are on Donald Trump and his focus has bot shifted. We pray until the battle is won.
Amen! I will do the same. I am grateful for this message. God bless you.
Hi Angela,
Pleased to serve.
Yes, The LORD specifically asked me to post this to let His people know that obedience is important to The LORD, whatever our personal views of our leaders may be.
The Word trumps our personal views!!
Blessings,
Angus
Yes indeed! We too continue to pray for our president, his family and his cabinet and all who work together to restore our Constitution, before God.
