An Exhortation to Live Holy: the Wisdom of the Ancient!

Only a fool would say that there is no God!

Get rid of mixture. God would that we would be either hot or cold; and if we are lukewarm he will spew us out of his mouth.

God is spewing out vomit in this season on many of us! God never called for us to mix with the ungodly, but instead he called for us to be a light that shines in darkness.

God does not want us to become tainted with the world, because how can you bring out that which you are walking with? He cannot give us an inheritance if we are doing what the world is doing. We are called to be a city set on top of a hill.

We must not cross over the dividing line if we want to continue to be successful in our journey and possessing all that god has told us that we shall possess and when we do not our enemies shall over take us and swallow us up!

Be ye therefore very courageous to keep and to do all that is written in the book of the law of Moses, that ye turn not aside therefrom to the right hand or to the left; that ye come not among these nations, these that remain among you; neither make mention of the name of their gods, nor cause to swear by them, neither serve them, nor bow yourselves unto them: but cleave unto The LORD your God, as ye have done unto this day.

For The LORD hath driven out from before you great nations and strong: but as for you, no man hath been able to stand before you unto this day. Why? Because of your stance and walk with God!

One man (how many: one. Not one hundred but one is all we need because The LORD our God is on our side!) of you shall chase a thousand: for The LORD your God, He it is that fighteth for you, as He hath promised you. (and so the wisdom gave was) take good heed therefore unto yourselves, that ye love The LORD your God, (Joshua 23:6-11).

God wants to be number one in our lives!

Wait on The LORD!

He that hath an ear let him hear what the Spirit is saying to the people.

Fear, frustration, and listening to the heart of the people will get you killed in this season.

King Saul acted out of pure frustration, fear and wanting to obey the people is what got his kingdom taken away from him. Just as many of us in our nation and the church in this season.

Our goal is not to obey God but to please the flesh. The flesh is an enemy against God! For, I hear The LORD saying, “the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the spirit is life and peace, because the mind of the flesh is hostile to God: it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. Those controlled by the flesh cannot please God (Romans 8:6-8).

And had he allowed the prophet Samuel to direct him, he never would of gotten his kingdom taken from him and lost the battle.

God is speaking in this hour. Where is the prophet that he has assigned unto you? King Saul took it upon himself to offer up the sacrifice and the burnt offerings instead of waiting upon the prophet to direct him.

Many are going on their own and they are not yielding to the true prophets and because they are operating on their own, God is not going to be with them in this season.

They are like unto king Saul who was so afraid he was going to loose the battle that he listened to the spirit of fear, frustration and what the people was saying, that he ended up loosing more than the battle, but his own throne. And, as a result Samuel told him that he had acted foolishly in not waiting upon him and God to give the okay.

But wisdom is justified of all her children, (Luke 7:35).

Many are going ahead of the Holy Spirit and you are going to be sorry in the end.

The LORD is warning us that it is the Holy Spirit’s job to lead, guide and to direct us in this season and when we allow our flesh to take precedence over the Spirit of God, you have begun to walk in the flesh and not the Spirit of God.

Just as king Saul did who was constantly blaming it on the people; instead of allowing The LORD to lead and to guide him. People it is time to get out the flesh and to kill it, because we can not serve two masters either we will hate the one and love the other!

America: A Mantle has been Passed on!

And so shall it be LORD!

When God exalt someone, no one can demote them! If it be of God, he can not overthrow it unless you begin to fight against God!

Yesterday as Hillary Clinton spoke at the town hall debate. I saw president Obama’s mantle cast upon her, and as she kept talking, his spirit was upon her! And, the more she spoke the more she acted and looked like him.

I thought it to be funny and it reminded me of Elijah when he cast his mantle upon Elisha! (1 Kings 19:19)

But, as I begin meditating and studying the word I realized The LORD was talking to me regarding the passing on of the mantles!

In this season, God is raising up many prophetic mantles. People whom you would never think He would use in his army!

But as it is written, eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which god hath prepared for them that love him, (1 Corinthians 2:9).

Elijah was taken away in a whirlwind and Elisha lost his master; his head! Elisha received a double portion of Elijah’s anointing all because he followed closely! He received an impartation of that anointing because he obeyed the prophet and stayed close by; as a result the mantle fail upon him!

His master was taken away and he lost his head that day, but God had something great for him on that day! He saw chariots of fire and horsemen of fire which represented a cleansing, power and authority, and he took hold of his old clothes and rent them into pieces in order to make room for something new!

He no longer needed the old garments, because it was time for a divine change! God was raising him up to do greater works! Come on somebody!

The LORD had ordained him a heavenly prophet to do great exploits and Elisha went and stood by the Jordan to try out the new authority and power god had placed upon his shoulders to walk in the office of the prophet!

Elisha took that same mantle and begin hitting the waters and they begin to part!

Some bowed (sons of the prophets) and believed him (that the Spirit of Elijah rested upon him) but others questioned it and did not want to accept his new divine mantle! But God! I said, “but Bod” has a way of humbling us to accept the things that we have no power to change!

And so Elisha went up from thence unto Beth-el: and as he was going up by the way, there came forth little children out of the city, and mocked him, and said unto him, go up, thou bald head; go up, thou bald head. And he turned back, and looked on them, and cursed them in the name of The LORD.

And there came forth two she bears out of the wood, and tare forty and two children of them. And he went from thence to Mount Carmel, and from thence he returned to Samaria, (2 Kings 2:23-25).

How many know that when God places his hands upon something, no man can stop it only God himself?

And, whatever He does, He does for our good even when we don’t understand why! He does it that others may fear!

Change is hard; as well as transition! The children didn’t want to accept that Elisha was now called to take on the mantle of elijah they could not believe god would allow such a great man as Elijah to drop his mantle on some one like Elisha, but God!

Not, only did God allow it, but he allowed the she bears to devour those who came against the one he had chosen for this mantle and his divine office!

Let us be like Christ who suffered and offered himself up to God’s divine will; as a result he said, “Nevertheless LORD, not my will LORD, but your will be done!”
