America — It Ain’t Over ’till the Fat Lady Sings
So this morning I woke up very early as I do every morning and as I got out of bed, suddenly I heard these Words, ”It ain’t over ’till the fat lady sings!”
On hearing those Words, I began to pray, and The Holy Spirit quickened to me a powerful Dream from January 2021. See below: “The Joker, The Queen and The King’s Stolen Crown“ (some of you will remember this Dream).
Now as I began to pray over the different aspects of the Dream, the phrase, ”It ain’t over ’till the fat lady sings!” kept going round and round in my Spirit, so I decided to look at the origins of that saying.
I found two possible origins which are incredibly interesting, and I believe speak to the Dream.
It also speaks to something very significant that’s about to take place concerning President Donald J. Trump, the Joker and his Queen!
- During the 1930s and 1940s, the rendition of Irving Berlin’s “God Bless America” by Kate Smith, who was a very popular fat American singer, brought the curtains down on sports events like baseball, and political ceremonies.
The expression indicates that no event is deemed to be over — UNTIL IT’S OVER!
- It comes from second world war patriotic USA films. These films were made to stir up national fervor.
They depicted Americans always winning; under the most difficult, dire circumstances.
After the end of the film, a well known, robust female singer would sing “God Bless America”…
And Young ones watching the film, seeing USA troops in situations where there seemed to be no escape, would exclaim, “It ain’t over until the fat lady sings!”
The USA troops would always overcome adversity in these patriotic movie shows.

Dear Veronika,
I can’t tell you how much your prophecies, including this one, have given me hope and lifted my spirit over these last three to four years.
The Lord uses you mightily and I can only thank you for continuing to humbly seek Him, so that He can continue to speak through you, and bring us all safely out of this thick cloud of darkness that surrounds us all into His freeing splendiferous shining light and a fresh outpouring of His Spirit.
“It ain’t over till (or until) the fat lady sings” is a colloquialism which is often used as a proverb. It means that one should not presume to know the outcome of an event which is still in progress. More specifically, the phrase is used when a situation is (or appears to be) nearing its conclusion.
In 2020 after the US elections Dutch Sheets had a dream in which he saw an angel over the liberty bell tower in Philadelphia. The angel shouted “When the clock strikes 3am valkyrie will fall and will not sing if the sons of the kingdom will pray”. After the dream Dutch organised an event where believers in each state across America at different times through the night made a declaration prayer of “Valkyrie will fall and will not sing” of which the last one finished at the liberty bell in Philadelphia at 3am. You can still see this on Dutch Sheets YouTube channel if you look back 2 years and for a video with the word valkyrie in the title.
Valkyrie is connected to Norse mythology/gods and were thought to be female entities or beings. The term “It isn’t over until the fat lady sings” most likely refers to a Wagner opera where a fat lady playing the part of a valkyrie sings at the end representing the end of the world. That’s where the phrase most likely first originated and as you can see, there are far more connections to it.
I just read this word, then the dream you had earlier & all I can say is WOW God! Right on target!
Thank You.
I LOVE this post!! I read it this morning before work and meditated on it throughout the day (and chuckled a bit)….I really feel like we’re very close to hearing the beautiful “fat” lady sing….HALLELUJAH!!!
God bless you Veronika, and thank you both, (Lord, You too) for this much needed and very timely word!!
