America: Are WE living a lawless life?
ARE WE LIVING A LAWLESS LIFE? I must say, as much as I feel the sorrow God must feel over the decision of the Supreme court this week regarding their approval of marriage between men and men and women with women, I am not surprised. Those who have been appointed to the positions of the highest legal opinions in the land, even by Presidents who were elected to previous administrations, have allowed their positions of prominence to influence their own common sense.
But anyone who has either attended law school or worse, been personally exposed to the lunacy of the exact letter of the law, can attest to the fact that our legal system is fraught with discrepancies of good common sense applications. Most plausible arguments in defense of reasonable truth and innocence are thrown out in favor of, in some cases, just one small alternative fact that allows the court to focus on they perceive as an alternative truth, and in turn, create a verdict contrary to reasonable defense arguments.
The Supreme Court justices who have created a majority opinion, allowing this law to be issued, to superseded the individual laws of the States as provided for in the great Constitution of this nation, have either knowingly or unknowingly, shaken their fists in the face of God to openly defy His Word.
But God’s Word is sure and true and will not be mocked.
The decision they have made has done more harm to bring judgment from God upon themselves than upon us as a nation. The Bible is clear about God’s judgment toward unjust judges. They themselves will receive judgment and I believe from this day forward we will begin to see those who have sinned on this high court become gravely ill and die suddenly without warning.
I pray for their souls that they have time to repent. I will continue to be one who says, “Here am I Lord, send me”, and I will continue to stand in the gap and make up the hedge for the renewal of salvation for our precious country.
God’s mercy forever endures. But woe be to those who call good evil and evil good. The blood will be on their hands. The law of the land is established for the good of the people, not to be misused for individual opinions and agendas.
America, it’s not too late to wake up and turn to the King of the Ages, the Judge of all the earth. His love is everlasting. All it takes is for 2 or 3 to gather in His name for Him to be present to hear and answer prayer.
I’m one of those, are you?
