America and the Coming Persecution of the Saints
“And he said to the Jews, “Behold your King!” But they cried out, “Away with Him, away with Him! Crucify Him!”
Pilate said to them, “Shall I crucify your King?”
The chief priests answered, “We have no king but Caesar!”” John 18:14-15
The Jews had become so spiritually blinded (because they hadn’t dealt with the sins lurking at their hearts) that they were willing to turn over one of their own to be put to death.
Even worse, the people that they handed Jesus over to were the very ones that oppressed them.
Before His crucifixion, Jesus warned the disciples that the time would come when they too would be put to death, and those who handed them over would believe they were doing God’s work.
In the recent weeks, The LORD has spoken to me regarding the coming persecution of the saints in this country.
Truthfully, it has already begun. However, a more intense and hostile season is coming, and most are not prepared.
This truth is mainly because most don’t believe what happened with the first-century church will happen in America.
Yet, the scriptures clearly speak of persecution, tribulation, and martyrdom.
How can this be in a nation where sixty-percent claim to be Christian?
Well it’s simple: the Apostle Paul warned that a great apostasy (falling away from the truth) would come before the son of perdition (the beast) is revealed.
And that my friends, is unfolding and increasing by the day.
The unpopular fact is that the apostate church is the majority of the churches in this country.
And just like the religious system was responsible for the persecution of the first-century church, it will again be responsible in the last days because just like the Jews, they will side with their oppressor.
Are you ready?
Because if you are struggling to serve Christ today, you won’t die for Him tomorrow.
As it began, so it shall end……
Shabbat Shalom

true! He told me we are going out the same way we came in! (The church)
Thanks Mena,
I’ve had to make a stand against apostasy when l quit my church this year because of the Church of England’s recent ruling to allow gay couples to be able to have holy communion and to bless Gay marriage in church services, contrary to scripture and 2000 years of church teaching.
