Declarations & Decrees: All the Earth Stands in Awe of the Lord God Almighty for His Counsel Stands Forever!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare to You Lord God of Zion, even in our SILENCE, with REVERENCE, we are praising You!
  Our vows to you will be fulfilled.
• We decree and declare the Lord LISTENS to our prayer, to Him all living creatures come.
  BLESSED are all He CHOOSES and BRINGS NEAR, so that we can remain in His COURTYARDS!
• We decree and declare WE WILL BE SATISFIED with the goodness of the House of God, the Holy Place of His Temple.
  Our God, the God of our Salvations, ANSWERS US with AWESOME deeds.
  It is in Him that we put our TRUST, even to the ends of the Earth and on distant Seas.
• We decree and declare the Lord God is MIGHTY: He stills the roaring seas, their crashing waves, and the Peoples’ turmoil.
  This is why those living at the ends of the Earth STAND IN AWE of His SIGNS.
  The Lord causes the places where the Sun rises and sets to sing for JOY!
• We decree and declare Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, in the lineage of David of the tribe of Judah, is the SHEPHERD of Israel, of all the People of God.
  He has made a COVENANT of PEACE; and will rid the Land of wild animals; and they will LIVE SECURELY in the desert and sleep in the forests.
• We declare God Almighty is making Israel and the places around His Hill a blessing, and He will cause the RAIN to fall when it should – there will be SHOWERS of blessing!
• We decree and declare the trees in the field will bear their FRUIT and the soil its PRODUCE, and they will be SECURE in their land.
  The People will KNOW that the Lord is God, when He BREAKS the BARS of their yoke and RESCUES them from the power of those who turned them into slaves.
• We decree and declare the Lord is INCREASING the PROSPERITY of the Land of Israel, and the Lands in the possession of His Children.
  He will make the productivity OF THEIR CROPS famous, and they will NO LONGER be CONSUMED by hunger in the Land or bear the shame of the nations any more.
• We decree and declare the Lord is GOOD, a STRONGHOLD in the time of trouble; He takes care of those who take refuge in Him.
• We decree and declare the WORD of the Lord is TRUE, and all His Work is TRUSTWORTHY.
  He LOVES RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUSTICE; the Earth is FULL of the GRACE of the Lord!
  By the WORD of the Lord the Heavens were made, and their whole host by a BREATH from His mouth.
• We decree the Earth FEARS the Lord!
  All living in the World STAND in AWE of Him.
  For He SPOKE, and there it was; He COMMANDED, and there it STOOD.
• We decree and declare the Lord BRINGS TO NOTHING the plans of Nations, He FOILS the plans of the Peoples.
  BUT the COUNSEL of the Lord STANDS FOREVER, His Heart’s plans are for ALL GENERATIONS.
  BLESSED is the Nation whose God is the Lord, the People He chooses as His Heritage!
• We decree and declare the Lord’s eyes WATCH OVER those who fear Him, over those who wait for His grace to RESCUE them form death and keep them alive in famine.
  We wait for the Lord; He is our HELP and SHIELD.
  In Him our hearts REJOICE, because we trust in His Holy Name.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ There will be silence before You, and praise in Zion, O God, and to You the vow will be performed. ² O You who hear prayer, to You all men come. ³ Iniquities prevail against me; as for our transgressions, You forgive them. ⁴ How blessed is the one whom You choose and bring near to You to dwell in Your courts. We will be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Your holy temple. ⁵ By awesome deeds You answer us in righteousness, O God of our salvation, You who are the trust of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest sea; ⁶ Who establishes the mountains by His strength, being girded with might; ⁷ Who stills the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the tumult of the peoples. ⁸ They who dwell in the ends of the earth stand in awe of Your signs; You make the dawn and the sunset shout for joy,” Psalm 65:1-8.

“²³ “Then I will set over them one shepherd, My servant David, and he will feed them; he will feed them himself and be their shepherd. ²⁴ And I, the Lord, will be their God, and My servant David will be prince among them; I the Lord have spoken. ²⁵ “I will make a covenant of peace with them and eliminate harmful beasts from the land so that they may live securely in the wilderness and sleep in the woods. ²⁶ I will make them and the places around My hill a blessing. And I will cause showers to come down in their season; they will be showers of blessing. ²⁷ Also the tree of the field will yield its fruit and the earth will yield its increase, and they will be secure on their land. Then they will know that I am the Lord, when I have broken the bars of their yoke and have delivered them from the hand of those who enslaved them. ²⁸ They will no longer be a prey to the nations, and the beasts of the earth will not devour them; but they will live securely, and no one will make them afraid. ²⁹ I will establish for them a renowned planting place, and they will not again be victims of famine in the land, and they will not endure the insults of the nations anymore. ³⁰ Then they will know that I, the Lord their God, am with them, and that they, the house of Israel, are My people,” declares the Lord God. ³¹ “As for you, My sheep, the sheep of My pasture, you are men, and I am your God,” declares the Lord God,” Ezekiel 34:23-31.

“⁷ The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble, and He knows those who take refuge in Him,” Nahum 1:7.

^“4 For the word of the Lord is upright, and all His work is done in faithfulness. ⁵ He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the lovingkindness of the Lord. ⁶ By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, and by the breath of His mouth all their host. ⁷ He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap; He lays up the deeps in storehouses. ⁸ Let all the earth fear the Lord; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. ⁹ For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast. ¹⁰ The Lord nullifies the counsel of the nations; He frustrates the plans of the peoples. ¹¹ The counsel of the Lord stands forever, the plans of His heart from generation to generation. ¹² Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom He has chosen for His own inheritance. ¹³ The Lord looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men; ¹⁴ From His dwelling place He looks out On all the inhabitants of the earth, ¹⁵ He who fashions the hearts of them all, He who understands all their works. ¹⁶ The king is not saved by a mighty army; a warrior is not delivered by great strength. ¹⁷ A horse is a false hope for victory; Nor does it deliver anyone by its great strength. ¹⁸ Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, on those who hope for His lovingkindness, ¹⁹ To deliver their soul from death and to keep them alive in famine. ²⁰ Our soul waits for the Lord; He is our help and our shield. ²¹ For our heart rejoices in Him, because we trust in His holy name. ²² Let Your lovingkindness, O Lord, be upon us, According as we have hoped in You,” Psalm 33:4-22.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
