I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai SEES ALL who bend their tongue like a bow; HE SEES LIES, not faithfulness, prevail throughout the Land.
  So many go from evil to evil and do not know Him; they do not embrace HIS TRUTH.
• I decree and declare BEWARE, Everyone, of your neighbor!
  Don’t even trust a brother.
  For brothers are usurping brother and every neighbor spreads slander.
  Everyone deceives his neighbor and DOES NOT SPEAK THE TRUTH.
  THEY TAUGHT THEIR TONGUE TO SPEAK LIES.
  They wear themselves out doing wrong.
  “You dwell in the midst of deceit. In deceit the People REFUSE to KNOW Me.”
  It is a declaration of the Lord/ Adonai.
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, You HEAR my voice in the morning.
  In the morning I order my prayer before You and WATCH EXPECTANTLY.
  For You are not a God Who rejoices in evil.
  NO WICKEDNESS DWELLS WITH YOU!
• I decree and declare Braggarts will not stand before the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai; He hates all wrongdoers and destroys those who speak falsehood.
  A person of bloodshed and deceit the Lord/ Adonai detests.
• I decree and declare I will ENTER Your House because of Your GREAT LOVINGKINDNESS.
  I will BOW toward Your Holy Temple, in AWE of You. Lord/ Adonai, LEAD ME IN YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS, because of my enemies.
  Make Your PATH STRAIGHT before me.
• I decree and declare those who do not REPENT and TURN from their evil ways will stand before God Almighty/ El Shaddai and be declared guilty.
  Those who TURN and REPENT will receive FORGIVENESS; washed in the Blood of the Lamb.
  But those who continue in their sin, walk down the road to DESTRUCTION.
• I decree and declare let ALL who take REFUGE in the Lord/ Adonai REJOICE!
  Let them ALWAYS SHOUT for JOY!
  For the Lord/ Adonai SHELTERS them and they exult — those who LOVE His Name!
  For You, Lord/ Adonai, SURROUND him with FAVOR as a SHIELD!
• I decree and declare though the wicked one is prideful and walks with his nose in the air, never seeking the One TRUE God/ Elohim, he is DELUSIONAL. He thinks he is secure at all times and says in his heart: “I’ll never be shaken!”
  BUT God/ Elohim SEES his ways and will bring him DOWN at the appropriate time.
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim, You, remember the Victim who puts his TRUST in You — You are the HELPER of the Orphan.
  You, Lord/ Adonai call the wicked to account for his wickedness.
  Lord/ Adonai, You are KING FOREVER and EVER!
  You HEAR the desire of the Meek; You ENCOURAGE them and incline Your Ear!
• I decree and declare you, Believers in the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah, are STRONG in Him and in His MIGHTY POWER!
  You KEEP the FULL ARMOR of God on, at all times, so that you can STAND AGAINST the schemes of the devil.
  For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the worldly forces of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly places.
• I decree and declare it is the SHIELD of FAITH with which you are able to EXTINGUISH all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
  You wear the Helmet of SALVATION and hold tight the SWORD of the Spirit which is the Word of God.
  You pray in the Spirit/ Ruach on every occasion, with all kinds of prayers and requests.
  With this in mind, keep ALERT with PERSEVERANCE and supplication for all the believers.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“³ “They bend their tongue like their bow; lies and not truth prevail in the land; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they do not know Me,” declares the Lord. ⁴ “Let everyone be on guard against his neighbor, and do not trust any brother; because every brother deals craftily, and every neighbor goes about as a slanderer. ⁵ “Everyone deceives his neighbor and does not speak the truth, they have taught their tongue to speak lies; they weary themselves committing iniquity.
⁶ “Your dwelling is in the midst of deceit; through deceit they refuse to know Me,” declares the Lord,” Jeremiah 9:3-6.

“³ In the morning, O Lord, You will hear my voice; in the morning I will order my prayer to You and eagerly watch.
⁴ For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness; no evil dwells with You. ⁵ The boastful shall not stand before Your eyes; You hate all who do iniquity. ⁶ You destroy those who speak falsehood; the Lord abhors the man of bloodshed and deceit. ⁷ But as for me, by Your abundant lovingkindness I will enter Your house, at Your holy temple I will bow in reverence for You.
⁸ O Lord, lead me in Your righteousness because of my foes; make Your way straight before me. ⁹ There is nothing reliable in what they say; their inward part is destruction itself. Their throat is an open grave; they flatter with their tongue. ¹⁰ Hold them guilty, O God; by their own devices let them fall! In the multitude of their transgressions thrust them out, for they are rebellious against You.
¹¹ But let all who take refuge in You be glad, let them ever sing for joy; and may You shelter them, that those who love Your name may exult in You. ¹² For it is You who blesses the righteous man, O Lord, You surround him with favor as with a shield,” Psalm 5:3-12.

“² In pride the wicked hotly pursue the afflicted; let them be caught in the plots which they have devised.
³ For the wicked boasts of his heart’s desire, and the greedy man curse and spurns the Lord. ⁴ The wicked, in the haughtiness of his countenance, does not seek Him. All his thoughts are, “There is no God.”
⁵ His ways prosper at all times; Your judgments are on high, out of his sight; as for all his adversaries, he snorts at them. ⁶ He says to himself, “I will not be moved; throughout all generation I will not be in adversity.” ⁷ His mouth is full of curses and deceit and oppression; under his tongue is mischief and wickedness. ⁸ He sits in the lurking places of the villages; in the hiding places he kills the innocent; His eyes stealthily watch for the unfortunate. ⁹ He lurks in a hiding place as a lion in his lair; He lurks to catch the afflicted; He catches the afflicted when he draws him into his net. ¹⁰ He crouches, he bows down, and the unfortunate fall by his mighty ones. ¹¹ He says to himself, “God has forgotten; He has hidden His face; He will never see it.”
¹² Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up Your hand. Do not forget the afflicted. ¹³ Why has the wicked spurned God? He has said to himself, “You will not require it.” ¹⁴ You have seen it, for You have beheld mischief and vexation to take it into Your hand. The unfortunate commits himself to You; You have been the helper of the orphan. ¹⁵ Break the arm of the wicked and the evildoer, seek out his wickedness until You find none.
¹⁶ The Lord is King forever and ever; nations have perished from His land. ¹⁷ O Lord, You have heard the desire of the humble; You will strengthen their heart, You will incline Your ear,” Psalm 10:2-17.

“¹⁰ Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. ¹¹ Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. ¹² For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. ¹³ Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. ¹⁴ Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, ¹⁵ and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; ¹⁶ in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. ¹⁷ And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
¹⁸ With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints, ¹⁹ and pray on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in the opening of my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel, ²⁰ for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in proclaiming it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak,” Ephesians 6:10-20.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
