While praying a few weeks ago, the LORD gave me a vision and said some things to me.

I have held them, because the unction was not there to release what I saw until now.

Recently, I came across a Facebook post by my friend Sara Phillips that said, ‘I imagine the Church, when operating in unity, together in love and obedience to Christ, must sound like the most beautiful symphony to Heaven’s ears.”

As soon as I read it, the vision and words He spoke to me that day came back to mind.

This is what He said to me that day, “Julie this is what My people look like in the spirit realm right now.

So much chatter! So much being said in My name that I didn’t say. And much of what I have said, released out of their emotions, out of timing, or was not to be shared at all; pertaining only to the person I shared it with for intercession or personal application.

So much of what I do say, is getting spoken out of order, or filtered through the impurities of the one I have spoken to and doesn’t get released with the purity that I desire.

There is even whispers of jealousy, malice, gossip, and the like, among My people. This is not My voice, but that of the enemy.

For where such chatter is, so is the demonic as My word declares and this must no long be so among My people!” (James 3) That was a lot to take in!

Suddenly, I saw the silhouette of a man holding his ears, looking all around him. I knew this to represent God. It wasn’t “music to His ears” that I was seeing. It was frustrating and disheartening to Him.

I saw Him try to speak to many hearts about His desire to make them pure vessels; messengers that carry great weight in the Spirit.

He was trying to tell them what He needed from them to see this happen. He was telling some, “Your words are causing people to be codependent on you for their relationship with Me! I need you to do things this way, or say this thing, or stop saying this or doing that, etc.”

To some, He was pointing out how selfish ambition was causing them to release all that they were saying and doing in His name, and as a result, it was pointing people to them and not Jesus.

It was pulling attention to things that can happen when the Spirit moves, but away from Jesus Himself.

But, to no avail, the people talked and talked, wrote and wrote, and continued on doing what they believed God had asked them to say or do.

Many were so busy releasing every word they heard, or thought they heard, they had no idea He was trying to tell them anything.

My heart was broken, because as He showed me these things. I saw my own role at times, in the noise all around Him.

I saw many who had the best of intentions making noise and not music in His ears also. They had no idea! I cried out to God, “How can we fix this?”

Then I saw God’s people beginning to do two things. They were growing in the depths of their relationship with Holy Spirit and it was causing them to come into complete alignment and dependency with words from Heaven.

They were becoming pure and holy, completely yielded and obedient vessels, like never before. They were maturing!

The second thing I saw were the people of God coming together in unity as never before. It was no longer about me, myself, and I.

The people were maturing and coming together in genuine love and unity; no competition, no discord, no selfish ambitions, but a pure, raw, deep, and passionate unity for each other and the One who gave His all for us. It was an amazing sight!

The truth is, when God is first in ALL THINGS, He receives the glory for EVERYTHING and we stop trying to take the credit for something God alone has done.

When we serve Him in HUMILITY, it releases a sound of HARMONY in Heaven.

But when serve Him with any mixture of me, myself, and I; taking credit from Him moving in signs, wonders, miracles, prophetic words, etc.

it releases a discord in the Heavens that becomes noise and not music.

Even Jesus always gave the glory back to the Father, and this is what I saw beginning to happen in much greater measure in this vision.

As the people of God came to together in perfect harmony, the frequencies surrounding God became beautiful music to His hears.

Their obedience to “change their tune” and yield fully to His Spirit was now music to Him, because no one was out of rhythm anymore!

They weren’t releasing words in His name too soon or too late. In fact, many that were about to “chime in” didn’t, because they recognized it was never meant to be released at all, but held within their hearts for other purposes.

AMAZING! They waited for the unction, the permission to speak, and because they did, it was flowing beautifully with other voices releasing around Him. He started taking His hands down.

Things were orderly and yet powerful, free, and creative. It was an offering that made His heart smile. It was ministering to Him so powerfully.

Sometimes I think we forget that we were created to minister to Him and from that place His life will minister to those around us. I left that encounter completely undone.

As I pondered it more, I began to realize that we have become a people driven by many things. We want to be heard.

We think we have to do things now, so we push our way to release our sound because nobody can say what we say or do what we do.

We’ve lost sight Church. We take our words too lightly and speak so much in His name that isn’t Him, or it’s released without unction, without permission, and therefore the word didn’t do what it could have done because we got our hands in it.

Much of what was being said around Him in this vision was about Him yes, but it really just pointed people back to the mouth that had spoken it. This should not be!

Did you know that “symphony” in the Greek is “sumphoneo?” It is a word used to describe being in agreement, in unison, in one accord, to speak together, to concur with one another.

In fact, the word, “agree”, in the scripture below uses this same word, “symphony.” (Lowell Hohstadt.com)

Jesus said, “Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or three have gathered together in My name, there I am in their midst,” Matthew 18:19-20.

Agreement in love and truth is music to God’s ears! Don’t you hear it church!

What I see now beginning to unfold is the latter part of the vision that I described.

People of God are beginning to awaken to this reality and they are coming into alignment with Heaven to release the most pure, beautiful, unified sound ever released from the Throne!

When it escalates to a momentous state, the sound is going to catch the attention of the world as they see, “Not I, but Christ” in us.

A beautiful reflection for the world to see and hear!
