Ain’t No Grave Gonna Hold My Body Down!
3 Words in 1
You Can’t Rush a Resurrection!
The LORD brought to my mind this morning the thought of how Spring begins to emerge from a long, cold winter.
The process is gradual as new life begins to Spring forth. As the snow begins to melt away and with the blossoming of new life, such expectation fills the air. It is a beautiful resurrection of new life emerging after a harsh and cold winter.
Even so, in the dark nights of our soul, the depressions of winter, the despair after someone you love dies, or leaves, the uncertainty of what to do next with your life are just a few examples of personal resurrections that we need in our lives.
However you feel like your seat is permanently reserved in God’s Waiting Room, because nothing is happening.
I hear The LORD say for you, “You can’t rush a Resurrection!”
I Declare unto you right now, to keep looking up and holding on for out of these ashes a new phoenix will arise.
Up from the Garden of your life, those things that look dead will bloom again.
The Hope that seemed to have been lost in the chaos will be Restored.
Listen, watch, and be ready for it will surely come! You will look back and see the fingerprints of God all over your life through the dark and cloudy times.
“You can’t rush a River. You have got to let it flow.”
God’s Work in your life is like a River flowing steadily toward its appointed destination.
Right now your “River” may seem to have taken a detour and you may feel like trying to rush the current along.
It can’t be done — the River can’t be rushed!
Go with the flow — and soon enough God will bring you into a safe harbor.
Your Season of Winter is almost gone and the Resurrection of new things will begin at the appointed precise time.
You will leap in sudden expectation and that despair shall be transformed into hope.
I know it seems you are still in that waiting room, but take heart as i can hear so clearly many voices blending together and saying, “Look what The LORD has done!”
Your Nadir
Whatever that lowest point of you is, whatever the deepest wound, the vilest sin, the damaged thing in you is, the Living Water of Christ’s compassion and Healing Balm will find it, can find it, and has found it.
It flows to your lowest point, the original wound.
The healing has begun!
Ain’t No Grave Gonna Hold My Body Down
It may look like the devil took your miracle, shoved it into a coffin and carrying it to the graveyard.
I know you have heard that song, “Ain’t No Grave Gonna Hold My Body Down“, well ain’t no devil in hell gonna hold your miracle, your family, your healing or deliverance anymore.
You are taking back some things — in Jesus’ Name!
That miracle is not dead and buried!
That hope in you is rising from the mud of difficulty and despair.
The broken, wounded, weary, battle torn part of you is coming back to life in Jesus mighty name!
