About Such Important Things to Come
“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God,” Romans 8:14.
“I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.” Galatians 5:16-18.
“Behold, the days are coming, says The LORD, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah — not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says The LORD,” Jeremiah 31:31-32.
“And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace. For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ,” John 1:16-17.
I am amazed and also distressed to see how many Christian believers fail to be truly led by the Holy Spirit, Who is the only “Law” under which they day by day have to be led.
After The LORD Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist, it says that the Spirit took over and led Him into the desert.
Thus also we, after being baptized having buried our old man and independent-self buried by baptism, can do nothing without the Spirit of The LORD even as He Himself said:
“Then Jesus answered and said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner,”” John 5:19.
“I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me,” John 5:30.
So are we all willing after our own baptism to only be led like Jesus by the Holy Spirit both in our actions as well as in our opinions and sayings, and like Him first hear the Father speak before we have on any matter our own opinion?
When we had our Feast of Tabernacles this past year, The LORD by His Spirit confirmed to us (this was in October 2019) that we needed to intercede especially for three men to be elected (two of them again) in leadership:
1. Benjamin Netanyahu;
2. Donald Trump;
3. Boris Johnson; as they were so crucial and strategic for His purposes, also for His people Israel.
I was so happy therefore for the clear and amazing electoral victory of Boris Johnson that will result in a successful Brexit out of the European Union, willed by The LORD.
Through Brexit, Britain’s relationship with the United States of America and even with Israel (politically and economically) will become stronger than ever before to the blessings of both these nations as The LORD in His Word promises to bless those nations which will stand with His people.
Just as God used Great Britain under Lord Balfour to see to it that Jews could return to their Land, the speech of Boris Johnson to the British Jews on Chanukah and Donald Trump’s courageous pro-Israel actions, in relation to Jerusalem and the Golan Heights, already show what is to come.
There is at this time a strange and amazing parallel between the evil and negative forces, which are attacking in the USA legally and politically Donald Trump, as the same similar forces which lately have been attacking legally and politically Benjamin Netanyahu.
Both, however, will be reelected to the shock of their many enemies.
Daniel Nalliah, a powerful used servant of The LORD in Australia, wrote not long ago these beautiful words:
“This morning, in a dream, I was taken into the Court Rooms of heaven, where I saw books of nations, leaders and people.
Standing in the Court room was Benjamin Netanyahu, the PM of Israel. As I walked in he looked at me, shook my hand and gave me a hug.
The Court was about to open. I asked the Angel of The LORD standing next to me, is Mr Netanyahu on trial”?
I also asked the Angel of The LORD, why am I here? He turned to me and handed me a book with the title Israel and said to me “you are here to represent, proclaim and declare Benjamin Netanyahu will be reelected as the PM of Israel”.
At this point I broke down and started weeping, as I felt inadequate to stand in the gap for Israel. The Angel of The LORD then said to me “take your stand and speak up, for this reason were you trained in the Court Room for 40 days, so that you would represent and defend the nations in my presence. I was the one who was with you, protecting, leading and guiding you throughout the Court case, and opened the door forcefully to let you know that I am with you. At this point, my heart leapt for joy with great excitement.”
How much more would our prayers be more effective if we as believers in The LORD would be more open as He Himself was when He was on earth – not to have our own random, so-called spiritual opinion about these and other matters before we having ascertained The LORD’s mind and will then pray according to His revealed will.
It is this humility of not knowing what to pray for unless we first hear from The LORD, which is so beautifully explained by Paul in Romans 8:26-27:
“Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.”
The 2nd of March 2020 there will be again (for the 3rd time within one year) new elections in Israel allowed by The LORD to bring this time a clear victory to Benjamin Netanyahu to be enabled to form a Likud led government.
May we all pray during these remaining days for The LORD’s will to be done, so that these above mentioned three men can be in position to be used by The LORD for Israel’s best.
