A Word from the LORD for May 2016
The month of May!
The month of May will be the fifth month, which will lead us into God’s grace, favor and redemption for the Church.
It is time for the Church (the five-fold-ministry to arise and to shine for thy light has come saith the LORD! This is God’s hand in action and not our own! He gave these offices as a helping hand for the up-building of the body of Christ!
The LORD said that the five-fold ministry was called to be a fore shadow (warning of future events) of Christ and his glory.
Yesterday, I asked the LORD to give me a word for the Month of May. And this morning He sent confirmation to release this word.
He said that next month in the month of May we will see His hand at work.
The LORD has laid on my heart for the month of May, that His hands will be at work in a mighty way! He said that the hand is symbolic for is heart, works, the church, the five-fold-ministry, responsibility; carrying out that responsibility, the gift of giving, reaching out to the hurt, wounded, and afflicted.
God will also deal with those who are slothful and lazy; as well.
The LORD is calling His Church into a higher dimension and level of his anointing.
Get ready for a Double Portion of His power! For I hear God saying that many have begun to walk in their own power and their own strength, but God is calling the Church to come back to Him. He is extending his grace and mercy unto them to return, and He is calling for your ugly flesh to die.
He is calling for those whom He has called to begin to evaluate their walk with him and the reason and the sole purpose that you were called into ministry. God will send many of you (has given many of you) a burning bush experience and instead of you being like Moses to stop and to see why the bush has NOT been consumed.
You will (or have) tucked your head and ran scared. You see, Moses, the first time he tried to help his people, he did it in self, and it caused him to run to the backside of the desert.
How many know when you walk in the flesh you cannot fulfill the desires of the spirit? Why? Because it brings about condemnation, shame, and guilt.
So Moses looked this way and that, and when he saw there was no one around, he struck down the Egyptian and hid him in the sand. He went out the next day, and behold, two Hebrews were fighting with each other; and he said to the offender, “Why are you striking your companion?” But he said, “Who made you a prince or a judge over us? Are you intending to kill me as you killed the Egyptian?” Then Moses was afraid and said, “Surely the matter has become known,” (Exodus 2: 12-14).
YOU, SEE Moses did not want anyone to know that he had killed the Egyptian. But, he forgot one thing. God sits high and he looks low, and no sin is hid from him! And instead of him being happy about killing the Egyptian, he became afraid, scared, and discouraged that someone would find out what he had done.
Moses wanted to make a difference for his people but what he did not understand was that it could not be done out of flesh. God is speaking on this morning. And he is saying that many of you have done great works, but they have been done out of the flesh and not by the spirit!
He said many of you have given and made great sacrifices, but you have received NO harvest because you did it for the praises of men; instead of for the glory of God.
Many of you have prophesied, but it was done for gain, and for YOUR profit and God was not pleased, so the people received no harvest; as a result the seed fail to the ground.
Many have been called to be apostles, prophets, evangelist, pastors and teachers and instead of you pointing the people to God you have begun to point them to an earthly kingdom. God is saying that many of you are going to have to go through a process called the ‘breaking,’ because like Moses, you have been placed on the backside of the desert because of religion.
Moses went from the palace to the desert, because God wanted him to know that it was not by his might and nor would it be by his power, but by God’s own spirit that he would raise the people up from under the hand of Pharaoh! (Zechariah 4: 6) No doubt, Moses had spent many days wondering why his life had taken such a toil, but God knew that it would be the desert experience that would take Moses into his destiny!
The Spirit of the LORD is raising up a great remnant in His Army that will follow their burning bush experiences to the end. For, I hear God saying that many are called, but only a few will be chosen in this army! Why? Because, you have refused to go through the process!
Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro (he was in a stinking field with a heard of animals when he had been used to living in royalty) his father in law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, (he had no idea that the job he had leading the animals would take him in to royalty again in leading God’s flock from under the hand of the enemy!
The LORD was at work training Moses for his first assignment!) and came to the mountain of God, even to Horeb. And the Angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed. (A visitation/ personal encounter with the LORD). And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see (God got his attention. He had to stop running!) this great sight, why the bush is NOT burnt. And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, here am I (Exodus 3: 1-4).
You see, God led Moses from the backside of the desert to the burning bush to become a deliver and a prophet for him. He became his mouth piece, and it was there that Moses received his mandate as a prophet of God.
God is saying to the Church it is time, to stop running!
He said that it is time to fulfill your destiny, your responsibility as his High Priest in (whichever) the office that he has called you to whether it is apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor and or teacher.
You have a work to do and it is no time to allow the enemy to side track you into being slothful and or lazy. There is a work to be done and it is your responsibility to do like Moses; Stop, listen, and obey the mandate and the assignment that god has placed upon your life; as a result of your burning bush experience!
What is God saying to you?
