For, October, 2018, I believe God is requiring that all who are a part of His DNA, take on the responsibility and accountability that He left behind to complete the mission of the Church; as well as those in our government!

“When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed,” Ecclesiastes 5:4.

“And Jesus came and spoke unto them, saying, “All power is given unto Me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the father, and of the son, and of the holy ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.” Amen,” Matthew 28:18-20.

As I was meditating upon The LORD, He began to talk to me regarding the month of October, 2018, regarding the government that He has placed upon the shoulders of those in authority, as he did Jesus.

This comes from the scripture in Isaiah 9:6,

“….for unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called wonderful, counselor, the mighty God, the everlasting father, and the prince of peace.”

He said to me that the shoulders were meant to carry things, a place to bear the burden of others on the shoulders, to push things heavy by putting some muscle into it, and or to shove something or someone.

Although when the Bible speaks of the shoulders, it speaks of power, might with authority.

As in when Ezekiel said, “Ye thrust with side and with shoulder, and push all the diseased sheep with your horns, till ye have scattered them abroad,” Ezekiel 34:21.

The LORD began to speak to me how that these shoulders were very important to our savior, because He came to be the father of many nations to bear the burden of an entire nation.

What a great responsibility for any leader to have to bear.

I know with my own life, it is just hard enough keeping up with my own life; not to mention the entire nations.

But, it was prophesied that Jesus was going to come as a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called wonderful, counselor, the mighty God, the everlasting father, the prince of peace.

In the month of October, 2018, I believe that God is going to require of the Body of Christ to be like unto the ox that is able to bear a great burden.

The ox is one who has many hats when it comes to carrying great loads; he plows, plants and then is a great part of the harvest of his master.

For, I heard God say that the increase of Christ’s government and peace there shall be no end, (meaning it would be never ending) upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even forever. The zeal of The LORD of hosts will perform this, (Isaiah 9: 6-7).

My God, for this shoulder like the ox can also reference a stubborn shoulder, the ox is one that leads, stubbornly and is very loyal to those they love; especially his master.

However, when opposed, their fierce tempers are legendary. So always follow this very wise advice: never cross an ox!

I believe that this ox, which is the ox anointing, will come to govern the Body of Christ in helping to lead them into a place of synergy, warfare, insight, oversight and to help to gather those (such as the eagle and those who are both apostolic and prophetic; even the evangelist) that The LORD is raising up as His end-time army in this season in order to perfect His Church.

This plowing anointing is going to also help to bring enlightenment, revelation, tenacity and stamina in the Body of Christ to perform God’s perfect will in the heart of the earth.

For, I believe that many will resist the ox and many whom God is rising up in His end-time army, as when Zechariah tried to offer compassion and mercy to the people of God, but instead of accepting it they shrugged up their shoulders like the donkey, stopped up their ears and resisted God.

God sent Zechariah to offer the people a shoulder to cry upon, but instead, they made their hearts as an adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which The LORD of hosts hath sent in His Spirit by the former prophets: therefore came a great wrath from The LORD of hosts to those that rejected him, (Zechariah 7:11).

For, I believe that Christ came not only to bear the burden upon the nations, but He has anointed and raised up many to follow in this footsteps to bring about change to the nations as he did.

This is why he trained the 12 disciples to be disciples (apostles) in order that they might help to bear some of the burden of the kingdom of God.

He said, “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in Me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to The Father,” John 14:12.

When Jesus left off the scene, he delegated responsibility of His Bride, to the Church, to help to raise up disciples, to train, to activate them in the Body of Christ and to witness to a dying world.

I believe that the month of October is a time for the Body of Christ to begin to evaluate have they kept the commandment of The LORD as he command us!

I believe that God has raised up many today in the five-fold ministry who are performing greater miracles in greater abundance, and actually doing more incredible acts of divine healing, just as the disciples did in the Kingdom of God.

And, although we know that we will never come close to what Jesus himself did, and, I am in no way advocating that we even try to come close, but what I am saying is that God has called the Body of Christ to a rise and to bear the responsibility (accountability) in getting the message of Christ out to the nations like never before.

This is why He spoke and said that the Church would do greater works than He did in order to encourage and to exhort them to reach goals that He thought were possible.

Because He wanted to give the church the responsibility and the accountability (like the ox) in making sure that the Gospel would continue to be preached by plowing up the fallow ground, throwing out seeds, planting trees of success that would be fruitful and multiply that would bring in a great end-time harvest in the Kingdom of God, and to continue to teach and to expound upon so that those that did not know about him when they came to know Christ would feel the burden that he felt and to continue to spread the gospel of Christ in multiplication by making disciples out of all men.

You see, when He tried to get the Word out and was scorned, rebuked and even persecuted for the work that he did.

For, if you were of the world, it would love you as its own. Instead, the world hates you, because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world.

“Remember the word that I spoke to you: ‘no servant is greater than his master.’’ if they persecuted me, they will persecute you as well; if they kept my word, they will keep yours as well,” John 15:20.

People, I believe for the month of October, it will be a month of order, government, completion, trials, testing and even giving of ourselves to help to support the Gospel of Christ as God intended for the Church to bear the burden upon their shoulders and the work he left behind in getting the Gospel out.

For, I believe that God is saying to the Church, as well as our government, that from everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted (given the responsibility and accountability) with much, much more will be asked, (Luke 12:48).

I don’t care if it is your ministry, money, gifts, talents or any office seat in the Church or the world, God is going to hold many responsible and accountability for what they are doing with the talents The Holy Ghost has distributed to them.

Just as God held Christ responsible for the burdens placed upon his shoulders; as the father of the nations His own son savior of the world!

In addition, I believe that a relevant question we should all be asking ourselves is that question: when the master returns will he find his faithful servants managing his resources well, whom He “put them in charge of all his possessions?” (Luke 12:42–44).

We have been entrusted with certain things, and faithfulness requires that we manage those things wisely and unselfishly.

Decree and Declaration:

I Decree and Declare: As Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness, so shall those that are baptized in His Body and in His Spirit.

And, that we shall do greater works, as our Father did, because we are apart of His DNA!

And, that as we are moved to do this work, we will possess the same identical character and the traits of our Father which is in heaven, as He saw the crowds, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.

And, so shall we in the mighty name of Jesus!

And, LORD, we decree and declare that in this season, you shall send forth labors in to the vineyard to help to gather the harvest as it is plowed, sown, and gathered, because the harvest is great and the labors are few!

And, LORD we decree and declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper and every tongue that shall come against us shall be condemned!

And, shall not be able to stop your ox and those you have assigned to do this great work and that you will release Your angelic army in this season that will partner with them to assist them in completion of their divine assignments in a timely fashion without backlash and we believe and accept it in Jesus’ mighty name we pray!

Amen and amen! (Matthew 9:35-38).
