My heart grieves for this generation of leaders who have to deal with rebellion, disobedience and disrespect from those to whom they are called!

My heart is heavy today and I have been weeping as I have heard from so many in leadership who are hurting, because of how they are being attack by persons whom they have stood with.

The Spirit of The LORD said to me, the women in leadership are getting a lot of backlash and retaliation from women who are connected to them, if they can’t control them, or they don’t get out of that Leader, the response they want.

I am noticing a pattern now, of Jezebel acting women connecting with female leadership and causing a whole lot of discomfort in their lives.

Can I tell you female leaders something I learned? You can’t allow yourself to ever give a woman who displays traits of Jezebel, access to you personally.

These women will attempt to invade your life completely, and once you begin to set boundaries, or pull back from them, they will rise up like a pack of hungry wolves to try to tear you to pieces or devour you.

These women become possessive of your time and will attempt to bring discord between you and anybody else who is close to you.

They rise up in defiance when they can’t have their own way and will do things openly before the people, to try to discredit your name and character.

Can I tell you that these women have to be shut down with authority and power?

You can’t ever make them think you need them, because that only adds fuel to the fire.

These women can’t have a close relationship with you!

They can’t learn your personal business!

They can’t be given to much attention, because doing so, only makes them think that they have some special bond with you.

I’m watching many female leaders having to disconnect from persons whom they thought were for them, but their actions indicate that they were against them all the time!

How is it that there is so much jealousy and rivalries among females in this hour?

I’m seeing too many females acting like they are in love with their female leader, rather than a help to them.

When women are jealous of you giving another woman attention. There is another spirit in operation.

There should not ever be a time of threatening, talking disrespectfully, or open defiance against your leader!

I’m seeing especially those who feel they are anointed, rising up and doing underhanded things to wreck a person’s ministry, because they can’t control the person.

I’m also seeing an abuse also of liberties with leadership. If your leader allows you the opportunity of coming to their home, of spending time in their presence, of allowing you to see a degree of them personally, it’s not for you to think that now you can talk or treat them in any kind of a way.

And leaders, when you allow them to do so, you come under the submission of whatever spirit they are operating in.

This is the reason that boundaries must be set, that you have to disconnect or pull yourself back from the people.

Too much personal access, if they are operating in a Jezebel spirit, can cause you much discomfort and damage, to you and your ministry.

When they show you that they don’t honor or respect you, then it’s time to put your authoritative foot down, and let them know you won’t tolerate such behavior from them.

Let’s just be real! There are times when we see their bad behavior toward us. But our compassion to see them delivered will make us a little to easy on them, which only gives that spirit the ability to grow and consume them in a greater measure.

We can’t allow that spirit to go unchallenged. We must pray get strategy, then confront, take authority, and cast it out.

But there comes a time when you may have to ask them to leave the ministry if they don’t get their deliverance, because allowing them to continue to have access to you, only brings them into a greater measure of demented power, of thinking they can control you!

Take heed female leaders, because this spirit is getting bolder and more dangerous in this hour!
