A Testimony of Deliverance Received!
I received an unusual text from a friend of mine today who is also a property manager.
I thought it was interesting and wanted to share a part of it. My friend said that they had recently hired a man that lived in one of their rentals, who lived with a pastor and his wife.
This pastor’s ministry is helping the homeless, those coming out of jail and the drug culture.
I guess somewhere in the process of having a conversation with this man (not the pastor, but the man that lives with the pastor and his wife) – the man that my friend hired mentioned to her a woman that he met who told him how to repent and receive freedom from generational curses.
My friend asked who it was and he said her name was Laura. She said, “Guess what? It’s you!”
So this is the unique way God works. This man that I had a brief encounter with (and don’t even know his name) lives in a home owned by my friend, the property manager.
I had met the pastor and his wife during some outreach volunteer work with the Dream Center in Lake Elsinor about 2 months ago.
One of the things this man shared with my friend is that when he was in prison they are taught to practice all the rituals of the Mayans, which if you know anything about those pagan religious rituals and the gods they called on, can be very disturbing.
We wonder why families suffer so much and why they become needless casualties of a spiritual war – well, look at what one man revealed that they are taught to do in prison.
The intriguing part of this little story is that I wrote a book called Unmasking the Culture back in April because my friend (the realtor/property manager) is from central Mexico and has a heart for missionary work there.
So, I researched the culture and wrote prayers specifically to renounce the Aztec and Mayan gods and the religious practices of those with Mexican ancestry, because I know that many people don’t realize they can have unbroken curses that originated with their ancestors still operating in their lives.
She took the teaching and the prayers from the books with her to Mexico and saw tremendous results!
I didn’t just talk to this man, the pastor and his wife about breaking generational curses; I gave them the books with the prayers that were written specifically to address the Aztec and Mayan gods of the Mexican culture.
Many of the very strongholds in those they deal with in their ministry can be significantly helped by the prayers I wrote. It made a full circle back to the woman who inspired me to write the books in the first place, because she owns the home they are renting from her.
Amazing! Only God could orchestrate something like that.
If any of you are involved in prison ministry, missionary work to Mexico or other Spanish speaking nations, or those that have been in prison and involved in the drug culture and are trying to get free, I hope this testimony will help open your eyes to some things that they may need to renounce.
I know that a lot of people don’t understand why I write the sort of things that I do; they don’t always see the benefit of writing they types of prayers renouncing all these false gods, etc, but out of desperation many times people invite the wrong sort of influences to come into their lives.
It is so much harder to get those spirits out once they’ve been invited in, and it often comes with great loss.
The enemy only comes to kill, steal and destroy lives. The good news is, there are people like me who write those crazy prayers that can help set the captives free!
Unmasking the Culture and its companion book of prayers (written in Spanish), Adios Diablo, are also available on Amazon.
