There is a second wind coming upon you in this hour and it is the wind of the Holy Spirit of God! So many of you have risen up to go forward in your callings only to be knocked down by the enemy. Only to have something that blindsided you, an unexpected blow so to speak, knock you down again. The Lord wants you to know that if you’ll get back up one more time, if you will not quit but rise up again, that this time it will not be by your might or power but by His Spirit!!

I see the movie Rocky right now. I see him getting back up just one more time!! I see you rising out of the ashes. I see many rising out of what the enemy had said was the end of you but I saw you rise up out of your bloodied mess again! I also see the enemy whispering in your ear that you are all washed up, you are finished, never to rise again!! I saw you standing to your feet!!

I see you getting that second wind of energy as you rise knowing that God’s strength is upon you. It is no longer your strength but His strength pulsing through your veins!! Yes, rise up one more time, my people, and I will give you resurrection power to overcome! Suddenly the second wind is coming upon you!

It will be a knowing that this is not your battle but His! It is not by might nor power but by His Spirit! He has already determined the outcome! The victory is assured because this fight was already fought and won!!! Yes, the second wind is coming upon you as you rise to stand to your feet again.Yes, you whom God called!! Let Samson come forth from the mill to the arena and David from the cave into kingship! Yes, let Esther come out of her captivity to the throne and Joseph out of the prison and into the palace!!

Yes, God is positioning you, everyone of you, that will see past this battle and know that He has placed you in this position for such a time as this! See, as you are looking past the struggle of the present, that there is victory on the other side!! Yes, a second wind is coming and it is the wind of empowerment. It is the wind that came on the day of Pentecost, a mighty rushing wind!! This wind will blow upon all who have seen their humanity as they attempted to accomplish something on their own but failed. It is the wind that came as they waited at Jesus direction to be endued with power from on high! It is the wind that Elijah prophesied to and said, “Come upon these dead bones and live!!” It is the Ruach Hakodesh of God!!

“And He said to me, Son of man, can these bones live? So I answered, “O Lord GOD, You know. Again He said to me, Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, O dry bones, hear the word of the LORD!
Thus says the Lord GOD to these bones: Surely I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live. I will put sinews on you and bring flesh upon you, cover you with skin and put breath in you; and you shall live. Then you shall know that I [am] the LORD.
So I prophesied as I was commanded; and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and suddenly a rattling; and the bones came together, bone to bone. Indeed, as I looked, the sinews and the flesh came upon them, and the skin covered them over; but [there was] no breath in them.
Also He said to me, Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, Thus says the Lord GOD: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live. So I prophesied as He commanded me, and breath came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, an exceedingly great army” Ezekiel 37:3-10.

“So he answered and said to me: This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, Says the LORD of hosts” Zechariah 4:6.
