A New Season

A New Season
To: Watchmen, Intercessors, Prayer warriors and the like.
We are in a season when we need to take it up a notch concerning the regions in which we reside.
When there is an area that has a large amount of people die in one night because of drugs, murders, gang activity, etc. or when we see in our cities the trafficking of woman and children have hit a serious proportion. . . . . .
We as people of God need to gather, pray and war against the principalities over those regions.
Yielding
There comes a time when we must trust Abba to work things out in us that only He can do as we catch His breath blowing through our lives.
Yes we must take on key responsibility now, not just only hear him but to respond and follow through when He speaks to us to make adjustments along the way.
Our conversations with Him help us process things we need to do. . . steps we need to take.
Many times we are looking for major shifts to take place in our lives, but sometimes it is those quiet seemingly small shifts that make a major difference. . . .
There is a gentle whisper of God’s voice that touches us like a light breeze.
Can’t you feel it blowing over your soul? These minor adjustments will lead to major breakthroughs, says the Spirit of God.
I Remember
I remember back in a day . . . in Chicago, we would every once in a while give each other a “pull-up.”
A pull-up was a statement to a friend that might share some observation or corrective behavior about someone within the group…. it was never mean, but said in love and many a day those pull-up’s helped all of us.
In fact it set in place a casual a type of accountability/ responsibility for each other within our circle.
A Pull-up meant: I’m gonna pull you up so no one will break you down.
Chi-town people like to keep it real. . . but I know folks on the east coast to the west coast, and north as well as south who also like to keep it real as well.
So maybe one day soon we will have a pull-up day on Facebook. However our rules were, if you couldn’t take one . . . you can’t put one out there.
Unlocking
Some people have an ability to unlock significant things in your life.
By their smile, their words, their constant excitable energy. . . . they bring life into another’s day. . . they will tell you how the glass is half full, that the day is still bright and there is always hope for a better day. . . .
Some people are happy keys. . . . . full of Joy. It is a good thing to have some happy keys in your life.
Let Us Christians…
Be a bridge . . . a connector to people. . . . who will gather to fulfill the purposes and plans of our LORD.
Be a encourager. . . drawing out the truth that dwells within. . . . reflecting and adding to what they already have.
Help others to transition from one place to another.
Give what you have and give freely and you will never regret what you do.
Continue to blaze trails of His righteousness!
