Warriors in the army of Christ are the prime targets of the enemy. We are harassed, hassled, slandered, besmirched and outright attacked. The enemy’s underlings test every weakness they find. Yet for those who remain firm in faith, nothing he does deters us.

You may ask, “Why do the warriors in God’s army have targets on our backs?”

The answer is simple. In the battle strategy of the enemy it is the ferocious warrior with the sharpest spear which is the first target. The one who is far behind the lines casually eating their sack lunch while facing away from the action is the last priority.

To the true warriors of Christ, take heart!

Jesus promised never to leave of forsake us and He is true to His word. Our God has given us spiritual armor to protect us from the enemy’s attacks so that we will not be mortally wounded. On top of that we have a hot line that connects directly to our Commander and Chief.

After all, He’s not just the head of the army, He’s our Father!

Now rise up and contend for the faith!
