A Good Man Leaves an Inheritance to His Children’s Children
A Good — Not a Wealthy — Man Leaves an Inheritance to His Children’s Children
“A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children.” Proverbs 13:22
It’s important to note that it says, a “good man”, not a wealthy man.
After King Hezekiah opened the door of the treasuries to the Prince of Babylon; the wealth of inheritance that should have been passed on to his children, was now determined to shift to the Prince of Babylon.
“And Isaiah said unto Hezekiah, Hear the word of The LORD. Behold, the days come, that all that is in thine house, and that which thy fathers have laid up in store unto this day, shall be carried into Babylon: nothing shall be left, saith The LORD. And of thy sons that shall issue from thee, which thou shalt beget, shall they take away; and they shall be eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon.” 2 Kings 20:12-18
We see how Abraham’s walk with The LORD set up a wealthy inheritance that would come alive and be imparted to his children.
“And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.” Genesis 17:7-8
Our righteous labors in The Kingdom leaves a deposit in Heaven’s Treasury that becomes an inheritance that’s passed on to the next generation.
Likewise, flirting with unrighteousness opens the door to losses that leaves another generation with debts to pay.

Bro Abel how so very well put together with preciseness and straight to the point.
There is much to chew on here with the simplicity of how you presented this Word.
Two choices so to speak! Is that not just like our God too? It just comes down to who we will obey?
Life choices not only affects us individually but generations to come.
Let is stay on the straight path and bless generations to come. Thank you sir for all you impart.
I am so so glad and honored to share Dear Joyce
