A Deborah Company Emerging
I want to share a prophetic dream that I had a few years ago and although this Word is for women, it is not promoting or preferring women over men.
For the past few years there has been an increase in spiritual warfare against women. The Holy Spirit brought me back to this dream today.
In the dream there was a great swarm of large, brightly colored yellow and black bumble bees flying around in my room as I was reading my Bible.
When I woke up I first interpreted the bees as being symbolic for demonic spiritual warfare, but after further study The LORD revealed something else to me.
In the book of Judges, there was a woman named Deborah who had a powerful position as a judge and prophetess. She was a poet, a warrior, a worshiper, a singer and a songwriter.
The name Deborah means “Bee“. The LORD also revealed to me that honey represents revelation.
One day, Deborah was sitting under “the Palm Tree of Deborah” and the Israelites came up to her to ask what to do about Sisera. (Sisera was the commander of the Canannite army).
Deborah sent a message to a man named Barak who was a ruler of Israel and a military commander. She asked him to raise an army of ten thousand troops from the tribes of Naphtali and Zebulun, and gather them at the foot of mount Tabor, in the Plains of Esdrealon.
With this army he was to attack the Canaanite oppressors. Barak replied: “If you go with me, I will go; but if you don’t go with me, I won’t go.”
Deborah replied: “Certainly I will go with you, but because of the course you are taking, the honor will not be yours, for The LORD will deliver Sisera into the hands of a woman.”
So Deborah went with Barak to Kedesh.
Deborah said to Barak, “Today The LORD will help you defeat Sisera. Surely you know that The LORD has already cleared the way for you.”
So Barak led the 10,000 men down from Mount Tabor. Barak and his men attacked Sisera. During the battle, The LORD confused Sisera and his army and chariots. They did not know what to do.
Barak and his men defeated Sisera’s army, but Sisera left his chariot and ran away on foot. Not one of Sisera’s men was left alive.
Sisera escaped but was later killed by a woman who put a tent peg through the side of his head. This was the victory through one woman Deborah….
This is the word that The Holy Spirit gave me concerning those who He is raising up as the “Deborahs” of our time.
The LORD says, “I AM raising up the Deborahs who will be leaders in the days ahead. They will become My Voice as they carry My Prophetic Word to the nations.
As they release My Word, it will be as honey, releasing revelation. They will be righteous judges of the land, and bring a word of morality to the nations.
They will move in great authority with signs following. As they set the captives free it will bring conviction and transformation to many.
As the days grow darker, they will bring comfort to others as they distribute the milk and deliver the honey. They will shift the atmosphere wherever they go, and as they worship, strongholds will be destroyed.
They will instruct others how to walk, how to war, and how to resist temptation. They will bring direction to those who are compliant to My word and correction to those who are in rebellion.
They will carry a clear stream of My river because they are not tainted by the influence of darkness.
These women will no longer be dishonored or rejected as leaders. They will not be silenced by the critics, because I have placed My anointing upon them and My authority within them.
Do not refuse them as they will carry a two edged sword to divide the religious traditions of man from the truth of My Word.
They will bring a clear distinction of the genuine prophetic word and uncover that which is deception and counterfeit.
These Deborahs will arise and defeat the demonic armies who are oppressing the Body of Christ.
They will always be successful in annihilating and exposing the assignments of the enemy. They will walk in a spirit of love and forgiveness and will not take offense when being confronted with opposition.
You will know them by their fruit as they release My Word to the nations, bring deliverance and release those who are bound,” says The LORD.
“Now Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, was judging Israel at that time,” Judges 4:4.
“Awake, awake, Deborah! Awake, awake, sing a song! Arise, Barak, and lead your captive’s away, O son of Abinoam!” Judges 5:12.
“Blessed be The LORD my Rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle,” Psalm 144:1.
Blessings in Christ Jesus,

Wow, beautiful beyond description. Thank you Abba. Thanks sister.
Read your “Deborah” article and the Holy Spirit gave witness to this “word”. I am a man (67), have followed the Lord for just over 40 years, and know very well that there are no age, gender, nationality, or ethnic barriers to hearing God’s voice! Stay the course He’s put you on! Blessings to you sister! Matt W.
Amen. Perhaps this is also a Word concerning the Bride?
The root word for Deborah is:
H1696>דָבַר dâbar, daw-bar’; a primitive root; perhaps properly, to arrange; but used figuratively (of words), to speak; rarely (in a destructive sense) to subdue:—
“Bees” came from this because they work in order and harmony. Eph4
There is a similar, almost identical, word, H1697, that also has this same Hebrew root word.
It means “word”. The Greek/LXX counterpart to this word is LOGOS.
I’m so blessed and encouraged when He releases Words like this.
Thank you and bless you for your obedience in releasing it.
It’s water to a very dry sponge…
Amen
