A Comment on Comments
As I read comments left on my post I feel the emotions of the person who has written in.
I feel the anger, the bitterness, the unforgiveness. I even hear the sarcasm or negativity that was in the person when they commented.
I also discern if they are a friend or foe. I feel the love or hate they have toward me.
I know when persons tag me on Facebook in certain things, if they are doing it to use my name as an opportunity to draw people, or if they are being subliminal trying to get a message to me, or rather it’s something they know I’m interested in, or have spoken and was tagged to show me confirmation.
What people don’t understand is words carry life and death.
Words, often times are produced from the thoughts or emotions of a person which causes the words that are released to carry what the person was thinking or feeling.
That’s why they say, often times in anger, a person speaks what is truly in their heart toward another person.
People, don’t take it lightly when a person is angry and begins to lash out at you and say all manner of evil against you. Often the truth of their mind and emotions is released at that time.
Many times they will come back with a apology that is not sincere, but is only given because they either need you for some reason, or want to make you think it was just a random moment when the enemy was using them and what they said was not real.
The other day I came to a conclusion about a person who always exhibited a particular behavior which they say, only happens when they are upset….
The Spirit of The LORD spoke and said, “It’s intentional! They know what they are doing, but they assume you will always just forgive them and they can just pick up where they left off before their temper tantrum, but this time forgive and shut the door!”
He said, “They are toxic and evil is in their heart toward you. I know you want to see them delivered, but they don’t want deliverance, they just want people to continue to accept their behavior and excuses.”
As He dealt with me about them, He begin to show me others who have said they wanted help, but they refuse to listen to the instructions that were given as they made excuses concerning their behavior and actions.
Words are powerful and they can create, be it good or bad. Words can hurt wound and afflict pain. They can also heal build and encourage.
Words spoken in love and sincerity have been known to bring people out of comas, give people hope, and cause people to want to live.
It has been proven that people can hear words even in a unconscious state and upon gaining consciousness, can recall what a person was saying to or about them.
In Genesis 1 we see where YAH spoke and things became whatever He spoke happen. John 6:63 declares that the words YESHUA (JESUS) spoke are spirit and life.
Words carry life in them and depending on how they are used they can bring life and death.
James 3 talks about the tongue — from it being a fire and full of iniquity — to it being a unruly evil and full of evil. It talks about how, out of the mouth come blessings and cursing and how these things shouldn’t be.
But it also says, talks about the bitterness, envy and strife in a person’s heart producing evil with their mouths.
So, words can start a fire….
Simple words have been known to start wars, to cause a person to kill, to cause families to fall apart, a marriage to end in divorce.
Words have ruined a person’s name and character, caused people to end friendships.
Simple words of negativity can destroy a person’s self esteem and self worth. Words can even drive a person to suicide or to remain in a abusive relationship. We must take heed to what we say.
The Bible says in Matthew 12:36 that we will give account of every idle word we have spoken in the day of judgment.
We will have to answer for some things we have said. It’s important that we take heed to what we allow to come out of our mouths.
One of the things I try to teach is this,
Think before you act. Think before you speak.
Choose your words with wisdom, so that you won’t have to come back and repent for something you have said.
Sowing discord causing destruction with just words! We don’t realize that words are important.
What are you releasing out of your mouth is it life or death blessing or cursing praise or profanity.
What is in your words and what spirit do they carry.
Before you say anything else think is the word I’m about to say something that I really want ABBA to hear come out my mouth!
Remember, every idle word you say will be judged!
