“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” 3 John 2 NIV.

Do you believe that God does not want you to be sick?

In fact, He wants you to step into His perfect will of prosperity! But the word “prosperity” is often misunderstood . Here’s the definition I’ve used for a long time:

“True prosperity is having the time, money and good health to do what God calls you to do when He calls you to do it.”

New hope is being released

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of The Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13 NIV.

The LORD is renewing your hope and peace to a new level right now. He is releasing healing power and a new glory to break off the things that have been trying to hold you back.

Not only physical sickness, but also things in the soul like addictions and mental health issues like anxiety, depression and trauma.

Many times in my life I’ve experienced loss, grief, sickness and disappointment. Through it all, I’ve learned that hope and joy are major “power tools” for healing and getting into a mindset of true prosperity.

Joy is good medicine!

“A joyful, cheerful heart brings healing to both body and soul. But the one whose heart is crushed struggles with sickness and depression.” Proverbs 17:22 TPT.

We are integrated body, soul and spirit. Of course, your body is your physical makeup. Your soul involves your mind, will and emotions — how you think and feel about things.

Then your spirit is your connection to God and His wisdom. If one of these areas gets out of alignment, the others will be affected as well.

Getting the healing you need begins in your head. How you think about things is powerful! You’ll need to trust The LORD in the process, even though things might appear opposite at first.

Tips to receive healing anointing

“Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good …” 1 Corinthians 12:7 NIV

We all have the gifts or manifestations of the Holy Spirit available to us because the Holy Spirit lives within us.

But it’s the anointing of The LORD that activates the gifts with power to make things happen.

Sometimes, He will work an instant miracle and other times He leads us through a process of healing.

Here are 7 tips to get into God’s healing presence:

1. Put on some music and worship The LORD to get your mind focused on Him.
2. Take communion daily if you can.
3. Find some Bible verses to decree on The LORD’s promises for healing (Exodus 23:23–26 is a good example).
4. Pray and ask God for your healing strategy.
5. Keep a check on where your agreement is focused. (Is it with God’s truth or with the plan of the enemy?)
6. Get around people who are operating in the healing anointing.
7. Get prayer everywhere you can!

You have to keep believing that God really does want you healed and truly prosperous in every way!

Keep pressing in for your healing and trust The LORD in the process.
