2021 — The Year of the Firestorm of God
I heard, “2021 – The Year of the Firestorm of God; His Power unleashed in you without measure as you look to Him!”
Many times in Christian art, a Believer is seen carrying a little candle and represents the Light that they carry.
But today, as I was pondering this, I heard,” That ‘little light of mine’ is really a raging INFERNO, for the FIRE of the Holy Spirit, the very Flame of Yahweh burns in your heart.”
The Light you carry is not on the outside of you, Child of God but on the inside of every believer. It is the Glorious ALL Consuming Fire of God! Not a little candle but a FIRESTORM!
“Beloved. I created you, My Child, to be My Light in the dark world. I came to baptize you with the Holy Spirit and FIRE.
This is no small thing. This is not a little flame that can be extinguished easily. Oh no, Dear One. My Light in you is not subject to the whims of the devil or the world.
It cannot be quenched by man or demon. It is the very Flame of Yahweh. It is My Grace and Glory alive in you. There is wonder working POWER in My Fire, Beloved.
Don’t be afraid of the Holy Fire. Your God is a consuming Fire. Turn your eyes upon Jesus. Be consumed with the Fire of My Love.
I AM He with Eyes of Blazing Fire. I AM He who baptizes you with Fire. I have sealed you with the Precious Holy Spirit. Mighty waters cannot quench Love; rivers cannot sweep it away.
You have this Treasure in earthen vessels to show that this surpassingly great power is from your God and not from yourself.
It is a Gift, Beloved. I have given you the Spirit without measure! As it is written: “A bruised reed shall He not break, and smoking flax shall He not quench, till He send forth judgment unto victory.”
I give you Beauty for ashes. I AM pouring My Oil of Grace upon the Flames, Beloved!
This is your time to Arise and SHINE in the Beauty of My Holiness, in the Beauty and unquenchable POWER of My FIRE! You are My FIERCE Firestormers, burning with My Love and Grace!”
FIRESTORM : An INTENSELY burning fire in which strong currents of air are drawn into the blaze, making it burn more fiercely.
“I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?” Luke 12:49.
“As for me, I baptize you with water for repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, and I am not fit to remove His sandals; He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and FIRE.” Matthew 3:11.
“Suddenly a sound like a mighty rushing wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw tongues like flames of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.” Acts 2:1-4.
“Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: for our God is a consuming fire.” Hebrews 12:28-29.
“His eyes were like a blazing fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.” Revelation 19:12-13.
“Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm: for love is strong as death; jealousy is cruel as the grave: the flashes thereof are flashes of fire, a very flame of the LORD. Mighty waters cannot quench love; rivers cannot sweep it away. If a man were to give all the wealth of his house for love, his offer would be utterly scorned.” Song of Solomon 8:6-7.
“For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made His light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Now we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this surpassingly great power is from God and not from us.” 2 Corinthians 4:6-7.
“For He whom God sent speaks the words of God, for He gives the Spirit without measure.” John 3:34.
“Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.” 2 Corinthians 1:21-22.
“A bruised reed shall He not break, and smoking flax shall He not quench, till He send forth judgment unto victory.” Matthew 12:20.
Barne’s Note’s on the Bible:
A bruised, broken reed is an emblem of the poor and oppressed. It means that Jesus would not oppress the feeble and poor, as victorious warriors and conquerors did. It is also an expressive emblem of the soul broken and contrite on account of sin; weeping and mourning for transgression. He will not break it; that is, He will not be severe, unforgiving, and cruel. He will heal it, pardon it, and give it strength.
Smoking flax — This refers to the wick of a lamp when the oil is exhausted — the dying, flickering flame and smoke that hang over it. It is an emblem, also, of feebleness and infirmity. He would not further oppress those who had a little strength; He would not put out hope and life when it seemed to be almost extinct. He would not be like the Pharisees, proud and overbearing, and trampling down the poor. It is expressive, also, of the languishing graces of the people of God. He will not treat them harshly or unkindly, but will cherish the feeble flame, minister the “oil” of grace, and kindle it into a blaze.
Till He send forth judgment unto victory — “Judgment” here means truth — the truth of God, the gospel. It shall be victorious — it shall not be vanquished.
