“Do not lie to one another,” Colossians 3:9.

The power in God’s word is that it is backed up by god himself. He is a promise keeper!

Integrity has become a very rare, scarce and costly commodity!

Your word is your bond and your integrity hangs in the balance scale of whether others know that when you speak they can depend upon you, or whether they need to wait to see in which direction the wind will be blowing to see if you will keep your promises.

Men and women of God ought to be people who reflect the Character of God and who, as a rule, should be impeccable in their standards when it comes to their word.

Let’s choose to rediscover ourselves as people of integrity in 2019.

Let’s not disappoint people with our undisciplined behaviour.

Let’s not lie to others by creating false hope.

Let’s be true to the truth in all things and at all times.

Let’s keep our promises and make sure we meet our commitments first, and not leave them as a last priority, after everything else has been done, only to find out that we are unable to perform what we have committed ourselves to.

Without integrity as our standard, we do not have much else to say that will be taken seriously anyway!
