2015: The Year of the Christian
“…So it was that for a whole year they assembled with the church and taught a great many people. And the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch” Acts 11:26 NKJV.
My child, this year, as the world counts time, will be known as the “Year of the Christian.” However, My definition of Christian is not the same as that of the world. I will explain My ways to you so you will understand and not be misled by the wiles of the evil one. I had you look up three words this morning: fan, disciple, and embodier.
Many who call themselves “Christian” are really My fans. They admire Me and are enthusiastic about My life. They look to Me for help in the hard times and believe that one day they will see Me in Heaven.
I have many disciples, too. These are the ones who accept My teachings and actively spread the news of the Gospel throughout the world. But the purity of My doctrine has been mixed and compromised with the traditions of men and doctrines of demons. This is the work of the enemy. It has taken much deceit and many years for this internal attack on My Church to bear such corrupt fruit. However, this is no surprise to Me because I dealt with this very thing in My letter to Laodicea. I am coming to clean My House and to get things in order so My harvested ones will have a safe place in which to be comforted and taught the Truth of My doctrine.
I have very, very, very few embodiers. These are the ones who have pressed into the Word to discover that discipleship alone is not their true goal. These dear souls desire to cry out like Paul, “It is no longer I who live but Christ who lives in and through me.” The embodiers are the ones who will not settle for anything less than being conformed to My image, to abide in Me, and to become one with Me.
Oh, there is a big difference when a soul hungers and thirsts to become the embodiment of the full stature of Christ. There is no compromising with the ways of the world. There is no appeasing the darkness because darkness and light cannot dwell on common ground. It will either be darkness (completely void of light) or there will be light.
I say again, this will be the “Year of the Christian:” The ones who will take the high ground and become the embodiers of My Spirit and My image. Yes, the year that these dear ones will be called from their hiding places (their places of preparation and sanctification.)
Why do you hesitate to write what you hear Me saying? Is it to fantastic?
I tell you that your imagination cannot comprehend what I am about to do through My Christians: the embodiers of My Spirit and My image. These are the forerunners who I will send as signs and wonders to My fans and My disciples so that they will be encouraged to press onto the higher ground of life in Me. Their number will not be large at first, but by the end of the year, they will be an army. They will exhibit to world what it means to be a Christian. The world will be greatly amazed and confounded.
I encourage you today because the greater glory now begins to fill these dedicated vessels for the harvest work ahead. I am more than able to subdue all things to My will and My ways. Rejoice, not with giggles, but with the secure knowledge that My Word never returns to Me in failure but always achieves My goals. I call to My people to arise in Me and become the embodiment of My life fully alive and expressed through them. Shalom.
“God knew what he was doing from the very beginning. He decided from the outset to shape the lives of those who love him along the same lines as the life of his Son. The Son stands first in the line of humanity he restored. We see the original and intended shape of our lives there in him. After God made that decision of what his children should be like, he followed it up by calling people by name. After he called them by name, he set them on a solid basis with himself. And then, after getting them established, he stayed with them to the end, gloriously completing what he had begun” Romans 8:29-30 MSG.

Stand Fast
13 But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth, 14 to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
